Mr. Richard is incredibly rude. He insisted that I came into his office I attempted to explain that I was unable to but I could send him the necessary documents via email and he hung up on me. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I worked with Richard Obuch on a family court matter, and I can only speak from my experience. While our conversations were brief, the more important discussions and arguments in court were handled appropriately. He has a solid understanding of the law, which was evident in his confident and informed approach during the trial. Richard handled my case promptly and was very knowledgeable of the process. He always kept in contact every step of the way and was able to get my case settled earlier than the final court date.
