HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY It’s been over 100 degrees for the past few weeks. It felt like my AC wasn’t as cold as it used to be. I went to another shop that “ran diagnostics” and they told me I would have to pay over 1k for repairs. They couldn’t give me a good reason for the repairs so I took my car to Obters to get another opinion. They ran diagnostics and let me know that nothing needed replaced. They chose to be honest and not charge me for a repair that I didn’t need.
Very nice family owned shop, honest and a very good shop to trust your vehicles with. Will tell you exactly what's wrong and what needs to be fixed. I cannot say enough good rhings about Cali, Mack and Dre solid people. I usually do my own stuff at home but sometimes I run jntk things or problems I cant do at home and I trust these guys to get me fixed up everytime. Had to take my vehicle there twice now and each time nothing short if an excellent experience. Highly recommend 👌👌

Driving through in a road trip and had some transmission issues. They were able to send me on my way in a few hours, the staff were all really nice.
Very friendly, helpful, and straightforward. They broke down my options and the pros and cons of each and worked to find the best priced parts available. They send you your quotes via a link in text if you're not able to make it to the shop. You can approve or decline work and even pay online. Everything was very simple. Highly recommend.
