My high risk pregnancy has been extremely well handled. From the minute you walk in to your regular OB getting the feedback, it is smooth. All of the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. The front staff (especially Norman) always go out of their way to ensure you are welcomed and appointments are set to your availability. Norman remembers names which I think goes a long way. I couldn’t get her name but there was a mean black lady who was always yelling at the kids in the waiting room. Average female height, slightly chubby. Not to be confused with the tall thin black lady, she was so nice.
