I recently had a telehealth visit with Kale Knutson. She was fantastic. Very caring and went out of her way to get me the help I needed.
Went for an initial visit and to establish a new care provider after moving to the Twin Cities. The staff made me feel welcome and cared for. The nurse was friendly and asked some questions and had conversation before taking my blood pressure. The doctor reviewed my information and asked questions in a non-threatening way. She answered any questions or concerns I had and scheduled anything I needed scheduled. Office staff also made me feel welcome and cared for as I entered and left the office.
Love this clinic and my doctor! Dr. G has been my doctor for years and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive from him
I love Doctor Grootwassink, he's very straightforward, can be funny at times, and I feel like listens to me and answers any questions I may have. I've updated my star rating because with my second pregnancy the front desk staff are much kinder and I haven’t had any last minute reschedules. I’ve also seen Dr. Weinrich, Dr Roach and Kale Knutson and all have been kind and attentive. I don’t think you can go wrong at OBGYN West with any of the staff.
