Avoid this practice. I was seen 1 year ago and asked for the doctor's "professional" opinion on what birth control would be right for me after being on the same one for the last several years. I got a very annoyed response and the doctor told me "just tell me what you want" with an eye roll. The whole interaction was awful to the point that I declined a pap, I wasn't going to let that doctor near me. I was in tears after my visit. I have been coming to this office for many years. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and have great bedside manner. I never had a problem scheduling an appointment and if there was ever a time where I needed to be seen in an emergency, without an appointment, the front desk staff always did everything possible to squeeze me in to be seen. I drive all the way from Staten Island because I refuse to go anywhere else.

Ridiculous receptionist. I was calling to make appointment and she put me on hold and hung up twice. And next time I am calling going to VM. They don’t care about business and patience who need care.

I had an appointment for 11am and it took them more than 5 hours just to tell me they wouldn’t take my insurance even after one of the receptionist told me to call my insurance company. I called my insurance company and she said I did have insurance, and I’ve had been for months. These people wouldn’t give me the time of day, they just shut down and told me they weren’t taking it.
