I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my lab visit, I was initially told three blood tubes were needed, but only two were drawn. I was then called back to have an additional tube drawn. During the second visit, the phlebotomist attempted the draw but moved the needle around inside my arm without success, then had to stick me again. Front desk is so sweet and flexible! I love Dr. PELLETIER! He’s patient, sweet and goes into detail about everything and answers all your questions!
I would highly recommend Dr. Turner. I saw her during my pregnancy before I had to unfortunately move at 25 weeks gestation. She was very patient at every appointment and took her time answering any and all questions I had. Her office in Spring Hill is very nice and clean! The down side is she is only in Spring Hill on Mondays, but it worked perfectly for my schedule.
