Waste of time. I was referred for high risk. Had to drive from Salem to Boston every time, and in the end - that means every week. Third pregnancy. I told them I wouldn't make it if I went into labor. I never make it to 39 weeks, and that's when I was scheduled to be induced. I gave birth at 38 weeks an 6 days, and was 8cm dilated by the time I got to a hospital 10 min from my house. Secretary at the front desk. Very rude. Whenever I asked her a question she just repeated the same answer over and over again as if I didn't have a clue. Little did she know that I'm a registered nurse 30-year veteran Emergency and OR medicine.... This will be reported right up the chain of command!

Scheduled to be seen in 6 months as a new patient via a referral. When calling to inquire about sooner appointments the front desk staff was very rude. She cut me off multiple times, was condescending and seemed to be in rush to get me off the phone. She instructed me to call again to ask about cancellations/ new openings in the schedule. But given this initial interaction, and other reviews that state similar interactions, I’d rather be referred to a different location than call this office again.

The front desk worker was incredibly rude the several times I spoke with her. It’s also hard to get an appointment. I was told I couldn’t be seen until ten weeks (past when most other clinics will see for your first appointment) and even then, the appointment would be a month out so I would be about 13 weeks… that’s outrageous. I was a referral and my IVF doc requested a sonogram at 7 weeks due to a previous early loss and the meds I’m on.
