This place is very much a run-of-the-mill clinic. Absolutely don’t expect private clinic experience or out of the box mentality. The doctors are clearly overworked and robotic. The front desk has good and bad; not that I base my review on receptionist. There is nothing to recommend. If you can find a more personalized care I would recommend that.

They are extremely slow to update families on test results. I always arrive on time, yet I’m often seen after my scheduled appointment. The one time I was five minutes late, my appointment was rescheduled. Absolute disappointment. I called their office multiple times to notify them of my delay, but received no response.

I've had a wonderful experience with the MV PAMF team this pregnancy. Everyone has always been super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Tong is amazing as are every MA and receptionist I have interacted with.

It was a mess to visit the OB doctors. They rescheduled my appointments several times right before my visits without discussing with me about my availability. They just randomly schedule my appointments to some workdays that I’m not available. Also, their equipment in OB office is out dated, basically they had no equipment instead of a ruler to get the size of belly, and a listener to listen to the baby heart beat. They cannot do the basic checks during my visits. They don’t do regular ultrasound and other basic tests. They ... read more
