Terrible treatment from billing department. Sue with billing needs to be reprimanded, she needs not to be in customer service at any level. Very rude and unprofessional. Sue talked over me if I even started to talk. Sue yelled and was disrespectful to me, very unprofessional. I was given a price list and my insurance didn't cover procedures. We had such a great experience and pleasant rapport with Dr Hasseler (really a wonderful person to work with, knowledgeable, informative, and caring) that it pains me to write a negative review, but issues with the front desk cannot be ignored. I understand that there is a policy about being late. We left our house an hour early to be on time and yet we were still stymied by unusual traffic issues along our route. I've never had a doctor who takes such a comprehensive and compassionate approach to my health. I’m normally not a fan of leaving bad reviews, however I had tried to contact the clinic to give feedback on my situation and they don’t have any way to contact them on their website so here goes… I loved my doctor but have had trouble with this clinic regarding scheduling and billing. They were negligent in administrative processes which caused me to pay out of network costs on the delivery of my baby. We’re talking a $25,000 cost vs $9,500. I cannot recommend a doctor more than Dr. Grajczyk (I have referred many friends to see her)! She has always made sure I am getting the answers and care I need and I am confident I can trust her . I have also needed to see other providers from time to time and they are all great as well.
