Worst experience ever...nothing about the office or doctors/nurses was welcoming, terrible bedside manner and overall shocking to experience such terrible female healthcare. Would put zero stars if I could and warn people to go elsewhere.
Waiting for so long just to discuss about my lab charge. People in the office not nice ! My daughter first gynecologist visit was not nice . Not sending my daughter back to this place .
My wife had an appointment with Lisa Violi who found dense tissue in her breast and referred her for a mammogram. Lisa mentioned that due to her age she was due one annually anyway, leading my wife to believe that insurance will cover it. The insurance did not cover it since it was submitted as diagnostic vs routine. When we reached out to Lisa to ask her to change the code, she would not compromise and we are now out almost $2k. I supposed to have an appointment with dr Lisa Violi on 1.pm. I came at 12.50, I was waiting for 50 minutes until 1.40 and dr still didn’t invite me. And I have a little baby, I couldn’t wait so long. Ladies in the reception answered me that the doctor is still with another patient and even didn’t tell sorry.
