This used to be a great place to come for my yearly checkups. I used to see Dr. Obernuefemann and she was wonderful. Then she retired. I then chose to see Dr. Renner. who was also wonderful. However, after seeing her for only one appointment and my second that was scheduled in July, I was notified that she was on extended leave and that my appointment was cancelled. Every experience I have ever had here is terrible. If you have a high risk pregnancy I highly recommend elsewhere if you have the choice of going somewhere else. Also I kept miscarriaging and it was a different facility tha figured out the reasoning for me, this place just acted like it was normal and happens and barely looked into it. My last experience they wouldn’t send my lovenox and you are supposed to get that as early as possible. I saw DR. HOLLY STEINER...The nurse who saw me first was excellent. She was very kind and helpful, which made me feel comfortable. However, the visit with the doctor could have been improved. I came in with pain, but the only test performed was a pap smear, and when that came back normal, I felt my concerns were dismissed. It would have been more helpful if the doctor had listened to my ongoing pain and offered a more thorough examination or discussed other possible causes.
I definitely didn't have a good experience at my appointment today. I feel very dismissed by these doctors!!!
Such a great office with helpful staff and kind doctors. I highly recommend Chrissy their NP for general gynecology care. I’ve also seen Dr. Steiner who was very kind. Dr. Kelsey is also a great doctor at the practice.
