Address on GPS takes you to the wrong location. It takes you to the state park across town. You have to put in Northville Health Center not type in the numbers for address. I followed GPS and it got me lost. Called them to tell them running late GPS took me across town. They a aid no problem come in. I was half hour late. They refused to see me and sent me to urgent care for post op followup for infection. Ridiculous. I also hate leaving bad reviews, but U of M needs to stop over scheduling these doctors. I loved my doctor, but my appointments normally would take 2-3 hours total. I waited forever. They schedule way too many patients each day, and that’s just unacceptable. I thought that maybe it was just a bad day for them. After this happened several times, I realized it was the norm. Not sure if this is Northville issue or U of M, but there any many inconsistencies with the advice you get from people of all levels...from reception who checks you out, to nurses, to even on-call doctors. If you're lucky, you will get one who knows what's the right protocol or guidelines...and will be blessed that they are not blaming you for lack on U of M's ability to provide appropriate labs or appointment or education. I am absolutely shocked at on-call Dr. Mitchell not advising any follow up for a possible miscarriage ... read more
