Just recently moved to Stamford and was looking for a new GYN and I am glad I found Dr. Cheng. She was very informative and caring. She answered all my questions and had great bedside manners.
The Ultrasound tech Gabby Alazaz was a nightmare in this office. She was very rude in pushing patients around who did not fit her schedule. She only worked one day in a particular week and asked a 20-week pregnant patient to look for another Ultrasound tech next door in another hospital. She was also rude to patients who were COVID-19 positive and thought they had the virus, and could not stay in the office even though they wore masks.
My doctor (Dr. Cheng) was very kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit with her and having her as my doctor. The wait time is incredibly long for this office. It took over two hours for me to get in and out. The office also rescheduled my first appointment on the morning of and was not very accommodating in helping me to find a new time that worked for us. Very happy with my care here! I have seen Dr. Hoffman for years and I love her very skilled at procedures, talented surgeon but also the sweetest person and really cares! Most painless paps and IUD placement! She also was very thorough regarding a breast lesion and now I am being followed with high risk breast surgeon.
