Friendly office staff. I was really comfortable with Dr.Richard Friefeld and my visit and medical attention were all addressed. I have made him now my go to doctor for Gynecology services.
Having Katrevia Campbell as my healthcare provider was the light at the end of a very dark tunnel for me regarding my reproductive health. She listened intently, was very kind and empathetic and extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Everything you could possibly want from a healthcare professional who deals with potentially sensitive or serious topics. I feel very confident being in her care.
Ms. Campbell is a wonderful provider. Our visits are usually quick, and whenever I have questions, she always takes the time to explain and make sure I feel heard and informed. I really appreciate that about her. However, the clinic itself has room for improvement. Wait times are often long, even with a scheduled appointment, I’ve waited hours just for a routine pap smear. I have been seeing Dr Richard Friefeld since 2016. He took care of my pregnancy delivered our baby. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time to go over all my questions. The office is clean and always well staffed. I absolutely love this doctor and his practice.
