I wish it were possible to give this office zero stars. My overall experience with the office staff has been extremely disappointing. I encountered unprofessional and, at times, misleading behavior from multiple areas, including the front desk, billing department, and triage team. Additionally, my interactions with Dr. Friedfeld were concerning, as I found his approach to be unprofessional and lacking the level of care and consideration I expect from a physician.
