I called 3 different times today and had to sit and wait for someone to answer for OVER 10 minutes EACH time, every time they transferred me to set up an appointment as a new client, the person just hung up, I then asked to speak to a supervisor and no one ever got on the phone. MIND YOU, this is my first impression of this doctors office. Do better front desk staff!
I had an appointment with them , which i waited for 3 months, and then they canceled it the day before saying the Dr called sick. Now i has to reschedule with them, next appointment is in May. That's ridiculous 😒
I had a surgery done by Dr. Nowakowski and she destroyed my life. I faced embarrassing complications after the surgery and her only response to me was "I didnt know that could happen". The office she worked for shuffled me around to different doctors for every appointment and they deleted my patient account when I reached out for assistance after no improvement for a year.
