I like some of the staff (others are sub-par) and the location is rather convenient, but good luck trying to call and speak to someone, especially about scheduling an appointment. Wait times of 30+ minutes are absurd! To make matters worse, there are some shorter days, so I'm stuck calling back the next day and going through the hold pattern all over again.
Separation of church and state should apply to healthcare. They do not even offer the Paraguard IUD anymore due to it being purely contraception with no hormonal link that they can justify as cycle control. Apparently god’s will is forced child bearing, even when I am very decidedly unfit and unwilling? Furthermore, they do not provide hysterectomy/ tubal ligation even when it would be life saving/ improving. Yet they still had to also interject their opinion that I should wait until my 30s before seeking that procedure else... read more
