I have received exceptional service as a patient here. Dr. Russell Dalton has been very kind to me and believed my symptoms as soon as I told him. He is a very caring professional. Checked in on me before surgery and afterwards, and helped me get the diagnosis I thought I’ve had for years. I have also heard nothing but great things about the other health professionals who practice here. The admin staff and nurses are also lovely. Thank you so much for the amazing care I have received as a patient.

Cannot fault the team at OGB Ballarat. Dr Carter has been nothing but compassionate, caring and patient centred throughout our treatment and diognosis. The nursing team and reception staff go above and beyond, especially in times of need. I cannot recommend OGB Ballarat any higher! Thank you!
