DO NOT GO here! I was billed incorrectly, have been disputing the bill with the office. The new Doctor/PA- Carley Bowe put incorrect notes in that caused me to be billed TWO office visits. I sent SEVERAL messages and called several times, have asked for an office manager to call back since i-Health billing is zero help. Now sent to a debt collector less than 5 months later and BCBG has it noted it's being reviewed. Awful service for a patient that has been dedicated to them for over 5 years.
I absolutely love and highly recommend this clinic. Every single person I have interacted with has been wonderful. I especially cannot recommend Claire Rathburn enough. She is attentive, caring, and truly takes the time to listen to my concerns. She explains everything thoroughly and always makes me feel so comfortable and heard.
Wonderful,calm,friendly experience. Right on top with questions and answers. I would recommend to anyone in need of OBGYN.
