Dr Barbaresso is very rude and doesn't care about her patients my wife been waiting months for her to operate on her fibroid it's sad how unprofessional this place is
I gave birth on January 4th and honestly it was the worst experience of my life. When I first arrived around 3:30 a.m., I was in a lot of pain but the nurse and the Spanish midwife who were there at the beginning were amazing. They were kind, caring, and made me feel supported. The quality of care here has gone WAYYYYYY down in the last year or so. I don’t know what the cause is but the fact it takes so long to get an appointment here now makes me want to go somewhere else. The attitudes of most of the doctors and staff that I have encountered here are also very smug and unfriendly. Sometimes, it can take DAYS before you hear back from anyone after you make an initial call. Sometimes, you won’t hear back at all. This clinic shows a serious lack of urgency and concern for patient needs. There are no available appointments for nearly a year, and the receptionist is dismissive and lacks empathy, even in urgent situations. Despite being a regular patient since 2021, I’m being treated as a new patient just because I haven’t visited recently. I have great experience at BMC I have my two kids there the care is on point no complaints they treated you with respect dignity they on top everything the OB is really great Labor delivery another treat all Midwife so nice they answer all your questions if I can do it again only for the treatment I got to BMC thank you for saving my son.
