Terrible emergency and doctors in Obgyn, they released my daughter who was literally hemeraging on more than one occasion and when finally seen in the obgyn office had no solutions but birth control which has made the issue worse. You gotta do better BMC...the probl

I gave birth on January 4th and honestly it was the worst experience of my life. When I first arrived around 3:30 a.m., I was in a lot of pain but the nurse and the Spanish midwife who were there at the beginning were amazing. They were kind, caring, and made me feel supported. Everything changed when their shift ended. The new midwife introduced herself, and later a resident came in and said he would be assisting. The quality of care here has gone WAYYYYYY down in the last year or so. I don’t know what the cause is but the fact it takes so long to get an appointment here now makes me want to go somewhere else. The attitudes of most of the doctors and staff that I have encountered here are also very smug and unfriendly. Sometimes, it can take DAYS before you hear back from anyone after you make an initial call. Sometimes, you won’t hear back at all. This clinic shows a serious lack of urgency and concern for patient needs. There are no available appointments for nearly a year, and the receptionist is dismissive and lacks empathy, even in urgent situations. Despite being a regular patient since 2021, I’m being treated as a new patient just because I haven’t visited recently. It’s frustrating and feels like the system is more accommodating to others than to those genuinely seeking care. This place needs to seriously improve its organization and attitude toward patients.
