This clinic shows a serious lack of urgency and concern for patient needs. There are no available appointments for nearly a year, and the receptionist is dismissive and lacks empathy, even in urgent situations. Despite being a regular patient since 2021, I’m being treated as a new patient just because I haven’t visited recently. I have great experience at BMC I have my two kids there the care is on point no complaints they treated you with respect dignity they on top everything the OB is really great Labor delivery another treat all Midwife so nice they answer all your questions if I can do it again only for the treatment I got to BMC thank you for saving my son.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this office. After waiting nearly a year for an appointment (and only getting in because of a cancellation), I had to call and reschedule due to being extremely sick and throwing up nonstop. I was told there were no available appointments and wasn’t offered any alternative solutions or referrals. I had to get a uterine biopsy done here, and Dr. Susan Bell, Dr. Samantha Kaplan, and their team made me feel right at ease. They also did the pap smear when I was under anesthesia which was an added bonus! I did have to wait a while on the day I saw Dr. Bell, but besides that the OB & G office has been great.
