Haven’t even had my first annual check up and I am already disappointed. They cancelled my appointment and sent me a message to call them to reschedule. Now my question is why would I call to reschedule an appointment when it was you guys who cancelled the appointment on me? Also, they should change the whole call center/front desk system since they take FOREVERr (not less than 15 min) to answer the phone and whenever they do, the staff is absolutely rude and always hung up the phone on you mid sentence. After suffering for decades, my gyn health got drastically worse this year, and I ended up seeing 3 different new OB/Gyns. Dr Mullins group was the only one to be kind, take time and explore all the options with me. I had to visit the office many times for different testing but I didn't mid as the staff is ALWAYS GREAT and we are just trying to figure this out together and I appreciate anyone trying to help me.
