I was trying to log into the portal today to get the medications that were provided to me. I called and I was told that I was release from the practice because I said I was going to post my unpleasant interaction with the receptionist Natalie. I called because the medicine Rachel McAdams prescribed to me cause me to have a very bad infection. To the point where I missed work. Had my first appt. Here with them one day and it was also my last. When the receptionist told me someone FAILED to called me and inform me that my visit would cost $400! Out of pocket prior to me taking off work, wasting gas, etc. to be here . I was really looking fwd to this appt. But of course I didn’t just have $400 up front on top of other costs. Someone dropped the ball terribly and this was very unprofessional. My time was wasted, please do better!

This was my first baby and I was so nervous and had never been to an obgyn before. All the staff was so welcoming. Doctors took care and cared like I wouldn’t have expected. I felt heard and cared for in every way. Physically and mentally. Though I’ve moved from the area, I’ll never forget my experience at obgyn assoc of Hampton. Best experience and care I could have ever imagined! Thank you! Delivered a beautiful baby safe sound and healthy!
