Dr. April Rutherford will forever have a special place in my heart. If you have chronic pain and or endometriosis she is the angel you’ve waited for. From day one she welcomed me and listened to every question and concerned. She supported me and scheduled me right away. I had an appointment today at 11:30 drove a hour away got to my appointment and was notified that it was canceled. No I didn’t receive any type of notification before hand that my appointment was canceled YES IM VERY PISSED! And the front desk ladies including their nonchalant manager that didn’t seem to give a damn tried to help me in any kinda of way. I walked out and will never return again. Bad service and poor management! And I will be reporting each of you!
Don't bother. They don't respect or value your time. You'll be heavily pregnant yet they'll make you wait more than an hour past your appointment. They don't believe in informed consent, if you don't consent/agree to their tests and recommendations they will try to scare you with wild hypothetical scenarios and threaten to kick you out. The doctor said you will not be "allowed" to decline a cervical check at the next appointment. I had been receiving prenatal care at this office since the very beginning of my pregnancy and had attended multiple appointments without issue.
