Super surprised to see any bad reviews . I've been going here for 9 years (I'm having baby number 3 currently). The staff have always been beyond friendly and accommodating. I am an English speaking patient but there are always NON English speaking patients in the office who have trouble with forms etc and the staff is all bilingual and goes out of their way to help them. Office lady had so bad attitude. Worst ever. When I called for the first visit, she seemed to want to refuse my appointment. Also, I felt to be discriminated against non-English speaker. I feel sorry I post this before meeting doctor, but I really hope the doctor will find this review and fire her. Please.
Called to make an appointment. Asked for availability for new patients and receptionist asked for my insurance and said she would check, comes back 6 min later to ask for the reason of my appointment. I explain I don’t have a OBGyn. She’s like no, I need the reason I respond yes that’s the reason I moved and I need a new one here. Again she goes I need a reason what’s going wrong for the visit. I hung up. WTH! I just needed a new obgyn to get regular checkups is that so hard to understand
