I recieved an sms reminder one week before my appointment date. Arrived on the date of the appointment morning peak hour period, only to find out my appointment got shifted to another date and I didn’t recieve any notification about that. This place is not convenient at all and took be 1 hour 15mins to get there under the hot sun and this is what happened…

What is the purpose of appointment？ Making appointment still need to wait 2hrs and aove without reasonable reason. Please improve the booking system of the centre!!! Is it overbooking situation occured?Making people quite frustrated for wasting time at here!

I had Dr. Ravichandran Nadarajah as my first ever Gynaecologist and Surgeon and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. His timely intervention truly made a significant difference. Reposting this as some (less favourable) reviews of SGH do not show up in a google search anymore - the reviews can only be accessed when you search, click and sift through the various pinned locations of SGH buildings in Google maps. Totally traumatising experience @ gynae department at SGH. Have had ultrasounds done here and the sonographers have been professional and gentle - thank you to to Diyana and Chih-Han! Dr Nishat was very patient and detailed when presenting different options. Didn't feel rushed or pressured by her and she encouraged me to think things through before making a decision. Update: Had a bit of a difficult procedure and very grateful to Helen, Rohima, Francine, Dr Nishat, Dr Lim Whui Whui and the other assistants for each playing their role so well. Thank you very much!
