Have had ultrasounds done here and the sonographers have been professional and gentle - thank you to to Diyana and Chih-Han! Dr Nishat was very patient and detailed when presenting different options. Didn't feel rushed or pressured by her and she encouraged me to think things through before making a decision. Update: Had a bit of a difficult procedure and very grateful to Helen, Rohima, Francine, Dr Nishat, Dr Lim Whui Whui and the other assistants for each playing their role so well. Thank you very much!

i dread writing negative reviews but here we go.. i wouldnt recommend going to the obgyn dept in sgh, the rest of the hospital is great (snec, nccs etc) the service level for a public hospital is quite bad... and the level of attentiveness to patients is almost none. it takes them weeks to reply to an email and you dont get any access to your medical records unless you paid extra. i'd recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.

Extremely poor experience here. Longest waiting time out of all my hospital experiences. Arrived at 3:20PM, and only saw a doctor at 6:10PM. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was served by a nurse who was incredibly rude towards myself and others. Could hear her talking loudly about another patient's personal situation. When instructing me about the urine test, she also spoke loudly and incoherently in my face. Kept repeating how expensive the testing kit is. It was my wife's first visit to the clinic yesterday afternoon. We didn't wait long to see the doctor (less than half an hour). Dr Natasha's bedside manners was superb while her assistant Ms Letchumy was warm and caring. Thank you for making our visit yesterday a pleasant one. :)

Come here only if you are willing to wait for HOURS to see the gynae. Appointment at 2.10pm, I was ushered to see the medical student first at had the longest wait to see the gynae bcoz "she is upstairs delivering a baby". At 4pm, when I finally sees her, I was told the whole of O&G system is down. Next off to blood test, the nurse are taking their own sweet time laughing, talking, walking up and down, when they only have 1 patient ahead of me.
