I wouldn't trust anyother person than doctor Steinbach and the staff is always friendly
I contacted this office to see the doctor. The receptionist CUT ME OFF! She was very impatient. We will not be visiting your office. Advice to doctors: tell your receptionist they have to be VERY VERY VERY sensitive when people call. This is their health (and women's sensitive areas). Patients will have NO TOLERANCE for this nonsense.

Although the doctors are very good here, I am extremely disappointed with the office and billing department. I had about 3 appointments here, for annual and a few for some issues I had, and the second time I went, they said they couldn't find my file, so they had none of my past history. the third time I went, they called me afterward for my insurance information. So, after trying for a week to get in touch with them, I finally gave it to them. This was 3 months ago, and my appointment was 6 months before that! Now I'm getti... read more
