Terrible service If you are looking for good service and professionalism do NOT go to this clinic ever. They are unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Worst experience of my life.
Caring, christian doctors I have been seeing Dr.Lin for 4 years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her staff. The wait time is minimal compared to other doctor's offices. And they have on call doctor available 24 hours. Convenient location. It is nice to hear contemporary christian music on speakers thru out the office. The billing staff is phenominal when it comes to changing insurances as well. PROS: Nice atmosphere, Caring, sensitive doctors who really listen to you. CONS:
AVOID RUDENESS AND LONG WAITS!! I had to wait 3 weeks to get a "NEW PATIENT" appointment. Then, I was called the day before and threatened with a $25.00 fee for no show (even I showed up but was late). This set the stage for me to download all of my paperwork ahead of time and get there 15 mins early to my early time. I was ready at the early time 8:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment. I was left to wait until 9:40 am when I saw the assistant. (not a PA) I asked her if they had forgotten me, she never apologized and got defensiv... read more
