ONA is always a good time. It's also an amazing workout. It has been a fun thing to do with the kids, over the years.
Oh man, I was a kid in a playground. I decided to go here for my 50th birthday, and I had some much fun and learned how hard these obstacles can be...especially if you do not have proper technique. It's a two story location, the top floor has a weight lifting area and an obstacle rig lower to the ground for practicing your technique and there was a class for kids going on at that time.
