Pretending to call someone a Karen because they wrote a completely valid review about a ridiculous situation in your joke of an established? Seriously? How terrible are you at running a business? Pathetic!
I wrote them a week ago to address my experience but I never received a response. My visit was for a simple cup of coffee, but unfortunately, it was marred by a series of unprofessional incidents. Upon entering the cafe, my friend and I waited patiently for approximately five minutes while a staff member appeared engrossed in texting behind the counter, without acknowledging our presence.
