We received awful service from this company. They painted our house roof and it began to badly peel within 12 months. They redid the work, only for it to peel equally badly, and again within one year. They then did not reply to our attempts to contact them, which included a number of phone calls and emails, and a registered letter. It’s just really disappointing to have had such poor-quality work (twice) and then be faced with a complete lack of care/interest.

Thank you for making this an absolutely easy and positive experience. Fantastic and personalised service. I dealt with 5 roofing companies and only Obsidian Roofing delivered. All the others did not follow through or turn up.
Alex, Jeramie and the Obsidian Roofing coming were so helpful with every step to our new roof. Alex assisted with many areas from council permits (we are heritage listed!!) to selection of tiles to trouble shooting problems.
