Our experience with Obsidian Ridge Law has been incredibly frustrating. After a promising initial consultation, we were assured that my 82-year-old veteran father's estate planning documents would be drafted within 48 hours. It has now been several months with zero progress. I have contacted the office repeatedly and receive the same response every time - that someone will "look into it." Called and made appt for a trust. Gave all my information which was all repeated back correctly. My phone appointment time came and went with no call. I called back a few days later and explained this information to the same lady on the phone. She again took all my information, repeated it back correctly, and said I would get a call back. That was a week ago and no response. I am moving on.
