This company called my wife crazy and then later altered the comment. Completely unprofessional experience and wouldn’t recommend using them.

100% Reccomend to anyone who needs a structural enginner. Chris is best structural engineer I have ever met! Valid license with the city so knows the code and standards. I needed him to verify what a previous structural engineer said was all cosmetic fire damage, in a home I was considering buying, was actually a huge strutural damage that needed full replacement of 8 joists and reconstruction of the entire shingle roof. I have been waiting for some plans for over 8 months after paying for services for those plans. I have been more than patient waiting. It is impossible to get a hold of Mr Charles. Do not do business with them. I usually do not do google reviews much less bad ones. My patience has run out.
