Obsidian was super easy to work with! I reached out 7 days ago and now I have a new working ac/furnace/water heater. Dylan and Josiah were incredibly knowledgeable about the process and equipment and were able to break it down into terms I understood. They will be my recommendation for HVAC moving forward. Edit: 5/14/25 Had an issue with our AC not cooling like it should. Obsidian was out within the hour to make sure we were taken care off of.

Obsidian installed a split unit with one outside unit and three heads in my detached garage. These guys are on their game. Very quick to respond, customer focused, and stand behind their work. The heating and cooling works very well.
