Nothing but a great experience from Obsidian! Called Dylan about an issue we were having and he came over within an hour to check out the issue. Talked through the issue thoroughly and was able to get it fixed the next day. Fastest and best service we’ve had!
The heat went out during the biggest snowstorm of the year. Obsidian found a way to fit us in over the weekend. Found the problem, fixed it, and took the time to explain everything. Great service and excellent people.
