Everyone was very nice and if was a very welcoming atmosphere. The stylist I met with was very friendly and we got started. Things were going OK, until another appointment came in. In going between the two services I ended up having the bleach left on much longer than expected and ended up leaving the salon crying after losing inches off my hair due to it being ruined by the bleach. Thoroughly impressed with the end result of my haircut. The stylist is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I especially like how she checks in to see if you like the direction she is going in during the service. Good communication and welcomes feedback. The salon itself is clean and inviting. Overall, this salon offers great service that I would recommend it to anyone! Will definitely be a returning customer! :)
