Very unprofessional. Management is a nightmare to deal with
Colonial Hotel treated us with no respect at all. The Manager aka Park lot attended because all he was concerned about was making sure if you park in their lot you gotta pay $50. You’d think the manager would be more concerned with the actual hotel. But we reported to the front desk we found a used condom in our bedroom underneath the bedside table it’s was absolutely disgusting and we were completely turned off from the room. Who owns the Chuck's on Ontario St. in St. Catharines? Most of the workers seem to have been mysteriously replaced by Indians. I do not support this
