I would give them minus infinity if possible! Did not receive my order yet & it's been an eternity I have placed it!!!!!! The tracking number they provide it's useless, it's not showing any information! I paid shipping 25 CAD for nothing.

was looking for vegan cosmetics, so I decided to go here...first there was a closed-sign at the door, and it was 2pm...so I went to the next shops around...then I came in later...nice place, but the salesperson was just ignorant and didn't really want to talk to me...I just felt unwelcome. Nevertheless I bought some cosmetics just because it's so hard to find vegan cosmetics... but I really felt uncomfortable there.

I've been following OCC Cosmetics for a long time via social media. Despite being local to the flag ship store, I never ventured over in to take a look. I went in one day and decided to pick up a few things; a couple of foundations, a lip tar and nail varnish. The products looked promising and I was excited to test them out. The store manager working that day, Star, was helpful and pleasant. I returned the next day to return or possibly exchange the foundation for something else because I simply did not like the finish.
