I’ll be honest I loved the atmosphere, they were super friendly and welcoming. I loved the stylist that did my blowout, she was amazing 5 stars to her, but I do have two complaints about this place. The first one would be the hair washing technique, it was painful since she kept nicking me with her nail. Second complaint I have would be that they did not use any heat protection on my hair, for a high end price you would at least expect some protection.
