Walked in close to closing with no notice, for a men’s back wax. Not only did they get me in, the service was well done and professional. The charge was much less than some other places - very happy customer here!
I had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had here or ever at a nail salon and feel compelled to warn others. I booked a Groupon appointment for 12:30 PM over a month in advance. On the day of my appointment, I was called and told the nail technician would be 15–20 minutes late. I explained clearly that I needed to leave by 2:00 PM, and I was reassured the service would only take about an hour. I arrived on time, parked at 12:30, and went inside around 12:45. I was only in Vancouver for a few days for a concert and decided last minute that I wanted my nails done. I ended up booking online at this place, though I think they do walk-ins as well! My tech was very nice and she did a great job on my nails. Their prices are accurately reflected on their website while booking online and I’d consider them very reasonable. :) If I find myself in Vancouver again, I’d definitely return to get another set!
they changed owners and they are not good anymore.. I don't recommend
