I have been going here for 30 years now. What a caring and professional practice at the Stony Point,NY office. Christina is excellent at what she does! She is patient, caring , and has an exceptional customer service demeanor. 🤩
Only giving this practice a 4 out of 5 due to some admin decisions. Other than that, the doctors are wonderful, as well as the nurses and the front desk staff is also amazing. Specifically Christina! She is a rockstar, at the beginning in my pregnancy not only did she always talk to me with such kindness but made me feel like I knew her for years! I’ve been going here for years but nothing beats my lady experience with the front desk staff. Christina is a gem and even as an old patient I felt welcomed like it was my first. She’s enthusiastic, supportive, and knew exactly what to do when I wasn’t sure about something. I believe great customer service is extremely essential in this day and age. People just don’t take the initiative to go above and beyond to help anyone anymore. So, you have to take the time to give credit where credit is due. Although I am no longer a patient of Highland Medical OBS-GYN, the staff is still on point.
