We recently had our Aga converted to the Electric Advanced system and are very happy with it. We were also really impressed by the men who carried out the installation. They did a superb job and were a pleasure to have around! I would definitely recommend this company.
I contacted O’Briens as we had fault on our oil AGA and the company were recommended by two friends. Kenny came to the rescue!! And he was able to sort out our problem and gave the AGA a complete service, in fact he did a lot more to the service than previous engineers have done and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He even came back the next day to make a minor adjustment to the oil flow. We will certainly be returning customers now that we have found you. Really good value for money. Thank you!
I rang O'Briens yesterday as we could smell gas from our aga. Within a couple of hours, engineer Kenny arrived. He diagnosed and fixed the leak so efficiently... he was very helpful & courteous, explaining clearly the parts that needed replacement... leaving the aga working safely in no time at all. I was so impressed, thank you O'Briens and to Kenny for your help, it was much appreciated when there was a worrying issue like a gas leak in the home.
My lovely old Aga has new life! Hoad and Taylor previously serviced my Aga until the old conversion kit no longer functioned and could not be repaired. They were unable to replace the conversion kit so I Google searched and found O'Briens Range Cookers. After speaking with Ian, hope returned. Ian asked for some photographs of the injured beast. Been waiting 13 days for them to look at our AGA that has broken down. A week ago promised an engineer to visit this morning. He has not arrived. Left a text message on a mobile, and phoned their office to be told there is nobody in, and to leave a message. Looks like another cold day without food.
