This is the first time we have used O'Briens, we had an engineer called Kenny who's knowledge and professionalism was truly a breath of fresh air after our previous experience with using a local company. We had used this local firm to service our Redfyre for the past 14 years, as the previous owners of the house had there details on our Redfyre range, and over that time we have been informed that many items, that items like the thermostat had died and on most occasions, we have been informed that they can’t get the part. We recently had our Aga converted to the Electric Advanced system and are very happy with it. We were also really impressed by the men who carried out the installation. They did a superb job and were a pleasure to have around! I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted O’Briens as we had fault on our oil AGA and the company were recommended by two friends. Kenny came to the rescue!! And he was able to sort out our problem and gave the AGA a complete service, in fact he did a lot more to the service than previous engineers have done and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He even came back the next day to make a minor adjustment to the oil flow. We will certainly be returning customers now that we have found you. Really good value for money. Thank you!

I rang O'Briens yesterday as we could smell gas from our aga. Within a couple of hours, engineer Kenny arrived. He diagnosed and fixed the leak so efficiently... he was very helpful & courteous, explaining clearly the parts that needed replacement... leaving the aga working safely in no time at all. I was so impressed, thank you O'Briens and to Kenny for your help, it was much appreciated when there was a worrying issue like a gas leak in the home.
