Potty was rented and O’Brien’s FAILED to leave key. Person got sick and passed out in bathroom and no way to get person out accept to break door. They took NO responsibility and charged $1300 to repair door that they were to incompetent to leave a key for. We question why they would not leave key and we were told because they don’t get returned. Really... I would be glad to pay an extra $1.00 to make sure all people utilizing your facilities were safe.
