Earlier in December 2025 McKenzie, from Obrien's Septic Service, came to our place in Dalton NY and did a great job pumping out our septic tank! (Read zero mess behind ... having carefully removed sod and carefully replacing it!) Today (3 days before Christmas 2025) McKenzie returned to make sure the new filter that he had had to replace at the inlet to our to our septic tank was working properly. Potty was rented and O’Brien’s FAILED to leave key. Person got sick and passed out in bathroom and no way to get person out accept to break door. They took NO responsibility and charged $1300 to repair door that they were to incompetent to leave a key for. We question why they would not leave key and we were told because they don’t get returned. Really... I would be glad to pay an extra $1.00 to make sure all people utilizing your facilities were safe.
