It is my opinion that this company is owned by a rude man that gaslights and threatens anyone that shares feedback if their experience was negative. I would not personally recommend this company to anyone, ever.
Service was quick and efficient! I needed hot water and I got hot water with no headaches or issues. 5 star service. Highly recommend!
Our experience with this company has been very disappointing. In the middle of winter, during 10-degree weather, we were left without heat for several days because service was not provided in a timely manner, despite the urgency of the situation being made clear. More recently, the tub spout in our bathroom rusted and broke off, leaving us unable to shower. A call was placed by our landlord over 36 hours ago, and there has still been no response.
