They came and put wonderful windows for us. However, it took several times to do them correctly. The first time they came they had the measurements wrong so they had to come again. They couldn't finish them the second time either because of measurements so they came a 3rd time. Then a piece of the flashing on the window broke. So they had to come a 4th time! We have 15 floor to ceiling windows in our home. Seven of them got damaged by an exterior fire that compromised the seals since they have two glass panels with argon gas in the middle. O’Briens was the company we had selected to give us the panels initially back in 2000. I would highly recommend O’Brien’s for replacement of any window, especially if it’s complicated because they were very tedious and did a fabulous job! Took a week longer than told. Didn't get a call on status or any return calls when told we would.
I called a few glass companies but I’m glad I ended up going with O’Briens. I requested a glass shower door with a very tight deadline (still knowing it could slip later, and that would have been okay), but they worked with me and were able install it in plenty of time. The staff was friendly and was clear with scheduling and pricing! They quickly came out for measurements and the two guys that came out to install were prompt, friendly and very skilled.
