I gave a five star because of customer service! The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! Every time I called She would greet me by last name before I can say who I was. Made me feel good like i was a long time customer lol. But overall of everything that happened in Augusta from the hurricane I know yall are busy She kept a positive attitude over the phone and broke down every detail of the steps of my repair and returned my calls in a timely manner. I love it
Took them some time to process a quote, but you need to understand how many people are calling them and walking in their doors simultaneously throughout the day (I have engaged them in both fashions). Once the quote was ready, though, they were at my house a few days later and had everything replaced. You can’t even tell the windows needed replacing. TLDR: They’re very popular and have a lot of clients to filter through. Once you wait a reasonable amount of time, they do a good job for a much better price than many others.
We called a competitor first - BIG Mistake! First, they didn't bother to show up. So, we called Auto Glass Now to see who they recommended to fix our glass door on our building. They said - Call O'Brien. I am so glad we did. They showed up on time, actually had our glass in stock and the next day had it installed in 30 minutes. Please call O'Brien for all your glass needs!
