The customer service here is top notch! This is my friend's favorite garden store, so I called and asked them to set aside a statue she was eyeing. I was driving from over an hour away to pick up the gift a few days later and realized I'd be a little late. The owner stayed open to wait for me in the sweltering heat and was honestly one of the nicest guys. He insisted on gift wrapping it for me, and my friend could not have been more thrilled with her gift.
They are always friendly and seem very knowledgeable. I have spoken to you the owner, Mr. O’Brien, a couple of times. It’s clear he is very committed to his craft.
