If your actually sick don’t come here go to the hospital. Staff especially the doctors are more concerned with themselves than you and it takes weeks to get an appointment. Good doctors, bad service
If you want a Drs appointment in 3 weeks they can help you. They will direct you to emergency for anything and everything else. Emergency departments are not here to service your patients because you fill your appointments weeks in advance. A surgery focused on filling out their appointments with all the oldies weeks in advance and won't leave anything for say a sick child that actually needs medical attention. Imagine leaving 25% of appointments daily for more pressing issues? Crazy concept I know. Avoid this place.
I would not recomend this place at all the reception lady Barbara is the most rude individual I have ever come across I do not understand how she still has a position there the doctors are great but this lady is a complete oxygen thief with no regards to anyone's mental health it just makes the system look ridiculous God help anyone having to deal with it.
