The receptionists Louise and Barbara would have to be the two rudest receptionists I have come across, I've had paperwork literally thrown at me by Louise, she was fine until she learned I was going to ADS, and that was to jump off of highly addictive medications prescribed to me that did nothing for me eg:- Valium, Tramadol and a few others.
