Truly incredibly craftsmanship, with some of the nicest folks around. We got to know them over the course of many years (between the planning and building phases), and they completed a significant conversion of a garage into an ADU, an extension of our main house, and a complete remodel of our kitchen. We had a great experience with O'Brien Wood & Iron as they helped us remediate our camp that we purchased in Naples; I recommend them without reservation. They reinforced the main carrying beam, adding columns, replaced and leveled a subfloor, poured a concrete floor, and replaced doors. They also rebuilt cabinets and they came out perfect.
