Dr. O’Brien has phenomenal bedside manner and put my fears at ease when discussing an upcoming surgery. He was thorough, friendly, and I never felt rushed or left in the dark. He treated me as a human being and not another patient ID number. The clinic needs more physicians of this caliber!
Don't trust him, the mess he put in me was twisted around my colon.
I arrived at Dr. O’Brien’s office for the procedure to remove the lump.When the doctor finally came in, he was cracking jokes about Dr. Pimple Popper and was not listening to my concerns about the procedure. The staff stepped out to assist another patient and Dr. Obrien proceeded to remove my shirt and expose my breast making me feel very uncomfortable as we were alone together in the room. Absolutely phenomenal surgeon, and well supported nursing and office staff. Cares about his patients, and does what's necessary to ensure they're comfortable, well attended to, and confident surgery is right or wrong for them. Patients first with this staff, highly recommended.
