STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are the most disorganized, unprofessional company I have dealt with. After paying for my pool inspection it took weeks of constant phone calls to actually get the inspection report. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid $525 for the "Deluxe" opening which is suppose to come with "Guaranteed vacuuming to clear". Well, I paid IN FULL before they came out. The initial visit was in mid April, it is now the beginning of June and my pool still is not clear to swim in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had them do some substantial work on our pool. Their renovation crew is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Most of their work was done while I was at work and I came home to find my yard flooded and water running in to my neighbors yard as well. They actually duct taped hoses together to pump the pool into the street! They mixed concrete and washed their equipment out in my driveway staining it and leaving their mess behind. Worst Pool Company in St. Louis Area – I Should have Heeded Gocards2006 Review. I hired O'Brien to Open, Close and Clean Pool for the summer. BAD MISTAKE. Have had nothing but problems all year long. They broke some pool equipment when openning for the season, then had the balls to ask me to pay for the repairs. Their cleaning staff shows up for less that 15 minutes a weeks. DO NOT HIRE O'BRIEN! – We have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with this company! They never showed up when they were supposed to come close our pool for the winter, finally showing up several phone calls later and after our filter had been shut off for several weeks. To make matters worse, they lost our nice (and by the way, expensive) pool cover and instead had to close our pool with a thin, plastic cover.
