I purchased my home a couple of years ago. Even though this was not a custom home build, Rob and Johnathan were very open to me being able to pick out different finishes, fixtures, flooring, cabinets etc. They were also very accommodating when I came to them with a few upgrades which I know can be frustrating! We just purchased a house built by O’Brien and Sons and we are extremely happy we did. Jonathan (the superintendent) was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Even after closing, they helped us out with anything we needed on the house and showed great pride in their work and commitment to making sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend buying from them, they were a pleasure to work with.
