Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I inspected multiple properties and was told my application was great, only to be rejected because they supposedly "found a good tenant." Yet, that exact same house stayed on the market for another two weeks and still putting out inspections. The agents were being friendly on face but ignoring calls, avoiding clear conversation and unresponsive. Honestly, the whole process felt highly discriminatory and biased. Sean was fantastic to deal with, Not only did he end up being the agent that sold me our first home, but he's actually been an agent that i've been to numerous houses with over the last 2 years as i searched for the right property.
